David F. Rosen was the chief finance director for the 2004 election campaign for New York Senator Hillary Clinton.

Rosen "faces trial for causing false donation and expenditure reports to be filed with the Federal Election Commission in connection with a Clinton fund-raising gala at Hollywood in August 2000." [1]
