Fushun CPI power station (中电投抚顺热电分公司) is a 600-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Liaoning Province, China.

Background on Plant

The first two units of the power station, commissioned in 1996 and 2002, were retired in 2011. Units 3-4 of 300 MW each were commissioned in 2008.[1]

Ownership

In July 2015, China Power Investment Corporation (CPI) and State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation (SNPTC) merged to become State Power Investment Corporation (国家电力投资集团), one of the five largest state-owned electricity producers in the People's Republic of China.[2]
