Indictment

"A federal grand jury indicted David Rosen, a former chief fundraiser for Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.), on four counts of misleading the Federal Election Commission about the amount of money raised and spent during a Hollywood gala that topped $1 million in contributions for the senator’s 2000 campaign, the Los Angeles Times reported Jan. 8 (subscription required).
