Revision as of 03:48, 24 September 2007

Joshua Muravchik is a Resident Scholar of the conservative think tank, the American Enterprise Institute.

Muravchik has authored a number of books including Heaven on Earth: The Rise and Fall of Socialism which has been criticised for conflating socialism, communism, and social democracy but then arguing that they may be at times contradictory.

A signatory to multiple letters published by the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), Muravchik has "been associated with a string of hawkish pressure groups supporting George W. Bush's ininterventionist policies in the middle east"[1].
