John Stocker joined the Nufarm board in 1998.

"He has a medical, scientific and management background and was formerly chief scientist of the Commonwealth of Australia. He is a principal of Foursight Associates Pty Ltd and chairman of Sigma Company Ltd. He is a director of Telstra Corporation Limited, Cambridge Antibody Technology Group plc and Circadian Technologies Ltd." [1]
