Tasked with handling bimbo eruptions in the Bill Clinton administration, though his official title was White House deputy counsel.

Strangely Lindsey was the first one notified when Sandy Berger walked out of the National Archives after having stuffed classified documents down his pants, likely in order to hide disparaging information about the Clinton administration from the 9-11 Commission.
