hi, Cindy,

I just moved the text from the PSD article page to the associated talk page, and wanted to explain why. SourceWatch articles should be encyclopedia-type entries, written in news-style writing, and fully referenced. (See SourceWatch:Contributing and SourceWatch:References for more info.)

The PSD text looked like a copy and paste of an info sheet. Instead, please summarize the info, making it clearer right at the top of the article what you're talking about. You also might want to make the article title more descriptive ("PSD" could be an acronym for any of a number of things); myself or another SourceWatch "sysop" can help you with this by moving the article to another name.

Thanks, and let me know if you have questions.

Referencing

Hi Cindy, I have been through the PSD article and added a few links and done some minor tweaks. However, the most substantial changes needed are the addition of references. I have added citation tags where I think references are needed. I know there is a fair amount of work in adding references but the benefit is that it dramatically increases the usefulness of the page to journalists, students and citizens. with thanks --Bob Burton 05:53, 19 March 2009 (EDT)
