Atrazine issue
Neil Shah was identified in documents made public by the Madison County, Illinois courts as one of ten "select media" members who "demonstrated a balanced approach" in covering the "[deformed] frog issue," (frogs deformed by the pesticide atrazine, produced by Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc.) and who was thus to be invited to attend the Scientific Advisory Panel under a PR plan prepared for Syngenta. [3]
