"Kevin Carey has been the Chairman of the Ofcom/DCMS Community Radio Fund Panel since 2005. He is the founder and Director of humanITy, an e-inclusion charity and Vice Chair of the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB). He is an adviser to the EU and UK Government on digital accessibility and a regular contributor to Ability Magazine and Managing Information. He was a member of the Ofcom Content Board from 2003-2006. "
