BlackRock Multi-Strategy Fund announced that BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. has replaced BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited as investment manager of the Fund, effective on January 1, 2013. BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A, is the Investment Manager of the Fund and is responsible for their investment activities, subject to the policies, control and supervision of the Board of Directors.
