Mr Bruce Beeren "has ceased to be an executive Director of Origin Energy Limited following the cessation of his executive role on 31 January 2005.
"With effect from today, Mr Beeren has been appointed to the Board of Origin Energy Limited as a non-executive Director and as a member of the Audit and Health, Safety and Environment Committees." [1]
Appointed as an independent director in July 2004. "Bruce is chairman of the Audit committee and the Independent directors committee. External appointments: director of Origin Energy Limited, Baycorp, Contact Energy Limited and Equipsuper Ltd. Former non-executive director of Veda Advanatage Limited and Envestra Limited." [2]
