Carol Reilley Urner "and her husband, Jack, have spent most of their adult lives as isolated Friends, working in developing countries. At the 1982 FWCC Triennial in Kenya they were asked to draft a “survival handbook for isolated Friends” which evolved into the first edition of Cheerfully over the World." [1]
