Mr. Kemball has 35 years investment banking experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and privatisations in Europe, the United States and emerging markets. Mr. Kemball served as Senior Managing Director at Corporate Finance of ING Barings until 1999. He has held corporate finance positions at Barings Brothers, Dillon Read and Kleinwort Benson. Mr. Kemball has held a 25 year career in investment banking at Kleinwort Benson, Dillon Read, Baring Brothers and ING Barings. He was a founder Partner of Hawkpoint Partners until October 2012. Mr. Kemball serves as Non-Executive Chairman at PHS Group Limited. Mr. Kemball is the Chairman of Wren Investment Office. Mr. Kemball has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Cambian Group plc since March 18, 2014 and has been its Director since March 2014. He has been the Non Executive Chairman of Davis Service Group Plc since April 30, 2005. Mr. Kemball was the Non-Executive Chairman at Quayle Munro Holdings Limited since November 14, 2012. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FrontierMEDEX Group Limited. Mr. Kemball served as Non-Executive Chairman of Berendsen plc. from January 1999 to April 26, 2012. He serves as Vice Chairman of Canaccord Genuity Hawkpoint Limited. Mr. Kemball served as Non Executive Deputy Chairman of Davis Service Group Plc from December 16, 2003 to April 30, 2005. He has been the Non-Executive Director of Davis Service Group PLC since January 1999. He has been a Director of PHS Group Limited since November 18, 2014. Mr. Kemball serves as Director of Malachite Advisors Limited. He has been a Non Executive Director of Scott Wilson Group Plc since January 1, 2009. He is a Director of BPT Limited since 1999. Mr Kemball joined the Cambian Group "and became Chairman in February 2014. He has wide experience of publicly listed and private company boards, having been a non-executive director of W.S. Atkins plc, Bradford Property Trust plc and Scott Wilson Group plc. He is currently Chairman of Quayle Munro Holdings Limited, a corporate finance advisory business, and was until 2012 Chairman of Berendsen plc, a pan-European FTSE 250 company specialising in textile rental and part of which services hospitals in the UK and Scandinavia. He was Chairman of FrontierMEDEX Limited, a private equity backed remote medical services business, which was sold to United HealthGroup Inc. in 2011. Mr Kemball also chairs the Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association, a medical charity. Prior to embarking on a non-executive career, Mr Kemball worked as a corporate finance adviser and held senior management positions in UK and US investment banks in London and New York. He spent seven years in the British Army and holds a BA (Hons) in Law from Cambridge University." [1]
