Chris Renwick AM "has over 35 years of experience in mining, operational business management and law. He is the non-executive Chairman of Coal & Allied Industries Ltd, and a non-executive director of Downer-EDI Ltd and Sims Group Ltd. Chris, who is Chair of Transurban’s Sustainability Committee, will retire from the Board on 22 June 2009."
