Biographical Information
"Sir David Chapman Bt DL is Chairman of the Trustees of several pension schemes, Deputy Chairman of the Investment Advisory Board of North East Finance (Holdco) and a director of Zytronic plc and other companies. A former director of the London Stock Exchange and Northern Rock plc he is also a consultant to UBS (Wealth Management) UK, having previously held senior positions with other financial organisations. A former Chairman of CBI North East, David continues to be active in the region and has been a Trustee of Northern Rock Foundation since 2002." [1]
