Huaneng Dunhua power station is a proposed 700-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Jilin Province, China.

Background on Project

In 2010 China Huaneng announced plans to build a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 700 MW in Jilin Province.

In 2014 the Dunhua City Development and Reform Bureau said the plant had been deferred, due to shifting economic conditions.

With no developments since 2010, the project appears to be abandoned.
