Elkhart Proposal (Turris Coal) is a proposed coal plant in Elkhart, Illinois.[1]

In 2001, Turris Coal Company proposed to build the mine-mouth coal plant at the Turris Coal Mine. The operational date has not been determined yet, and the proposal does not seem to be active.[2]
