Major General George W. Fay, "the incoming deputy commander of army intelligence, is examining the interrogation practices of military intelligence officers at all American-run prisons in Iraq and not just the Abu Ghraib prison." [1]
Fay "launched his probe" of alleged acts of brutality, abuse, and torture at Enemy Prisoner of War Camps in Iraq on April 23, 2004, "nearly two months after questions were raised about the role of military intelligence in the abuses in a separate army investigation" by Major General Antonio M. Taguba. [2]
