Helen W. Gichohi
"Dr Gichohi holds a doctorate in Ecology from the University of Leicester, in the UK. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Biology of Conservation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University respectively. She is the President of African Wildlife Foundation where she has served for 9 years. Prior to that, she was the director of the African Conservation Centre. She is also a director of Kenya Wildlife Service." [1]
Her PhD is titled: "The ecology of a truncated ecosystem : the Athi-Kapiti Plains" (University of Leicester, 1996).
