Huaneng Tongliao Zhalute power station (华能通辽扎鲁特煤电项目) was a proposed 1,200-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China.

Background on Project

According to a World Resources Institute report (2012), China Huaneng is currently planning to build a coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 1,200 MW in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.[1]

However, since no further reports of such a project can be found, it appears to have been abandoned.
