Huaneng Keyouqian Debosi power station (兴安盟科尔沁右前旗德伯斯发电项目) was a proposed 4,800-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China.

Background on Project

In 2011 the Xinganmeng Government Network announced plans for a 4,800 MW Hing'an Keyouqianqi De Bosi thermal power project.[1][2]

However, the Xinganmeng Government has been unable to find a sponsor for the project.
