John Botts Appointed to the Board of United Business Media as a non-executive director in 1997, "John Botts became Chairman in December 2007. He is a Managing Director of Allen & Company in London. Other directorships include Euromoney Institutional Investor plc, Glyndebourne Arts Trust, Tate Foundation. He is a graduate of Williams." [1]
Botts has been a director of the Convera Corporation "since June 2006. Since 1987, Mr. Botts has been Chairman of Botts & Company Limited, a London based private equity investment company. Mr. Botts is also a director of United Business Media PLC, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, Tisbury Europe Master Fund Ltd. and SpinVox Ltd." [2]
