The map below shows the location of Thakurbari village, but not the exact location of the project.
Background
The power station was listed as proposed by Malaxmi in 2011,[1] but as of 2014 the company has not applied for an environmental permit, and the project may have been abandoned.
Malaxmi's website states the company has "successfully executed" its 1040 MW Mega Thermal Power Project in the state of Orissa, but does not mention Thakurbari, Jharkand.[2]
