Acccording to a 2005 report "Marla Zometsky left the National Democratic Institute to pursue her masters degree in education in counseling and development at George Mason University. Marla is also a new member of Amnesty’s Women’s Human Rights Steering Committee and will be the representative for the Mid-Atlantic Region." [1]
