A Chartered Accountant, Martin previously held a number of senior operational positions within the Lonrho Group and was also a founder and partner of Alchemy Partners for 11 years. He served as the Chairman of the Board of QHotels Limited He has been Senior Non-Executive Director at Capita PLC since March 1, 2008. He served as Senior Non-Executive Director of Capita Group plc since March 1, 2008. He served as Director of Jacques Vert PLC from 2003 to November 2004. He served as Director of Phoenix IT Group PLC, Four Seasons Health Care Limited and Capula Limited. Mr. Bolland is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
