Biographical Information
"Peter R. Kagan has been with Warburg Pincus since 1997 and leads the firm’s energy team. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in investment banking at Salomon Brothers in both New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Kagan is a director of Antero Resources, Asian American Gas, Inc., Canbriam Energy, Fairfield Energy, Laredo Petroleum, Inc., MEG Energy, Targa Resources Corp. and Targa Resources Partners LP. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Resources for the Future. Mr. Kagan received an A.B. degree cum laude from Harvard College and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees with honors from the University of Chicago." [1]
