Raymond McGovern (Ray McGovern), a member of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for 27 years, "served as the All Intelligence Agent during the Ronald Reagan administration. He was responsible for briefing the President, the Vice President, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Cabinet and National Security Advisor. He's now part of a group of former intelligence agents who are so dismayed with the intelligence used to support going to war against Iraq that they formed a group called Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity or VIPS."[1]
