Robert J. Allison, Jr. has been Chairman Emeritus of Anadarko Petroleum since January 2006, "and a director since 1985. He was Chairman of the Board from 1986 until December 2005. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1986 until January 2002, and from March 2003 until December 2003. Mr. Allison is a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc." [1]
