"Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation founded in 2012. We are developing leaders in business, non-profits, education, health care, and government. The SIY program was developed at Google. Over one thousand Google employees have been through SIY. This started when Chade Meng-Tan connected with Daniel Goleman and Jon Kabat Zinn. He then assembled a team that included mindfulness teachers, a CEO, and scientists. The Search Inside Yourself (SIY) program was born and launched, refined and tested over four years." [1]
