The WashingtonGreenwich, D.CCt.-based Organization's 2004 Form 990 lists three directors: [[Kenneth W. Schwenke]], King of Prussia, Pa., founder of On Campus Dining Network and a former executive of [[Aramark]]; [[John F. McGlinn II]], Conshohocken, Pa., an investment executive; and [[Hilary B. Miller]], a Greenwich, Conn., corporate attorney.
The organization's [[Web site]] contains several research works that discuss positive aspects of payday lending. In September 2007, foundation director Michael D. McEleney, former director for the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the House Financial Services Committee, made a $250 donation to the Tuesday Group political action committee
