According to the 2011 ALEC Annual Meeting Program, the focus was "on the latest ideas on pro-growth and tax policy and sensible budget reform...including a panel on corporate taxes, featuring [[Scott A. Hodge]] of the [[Tax Foundation]], [[Stephen Moore]] of the [[Wall Street Journal]], and Jim Carter of Emerson Electric. Additionally, co-authors Stephen Moore and [[Jonathan Williams]] will also lead a discussion of the 4th edition of ''Rich States, Poor States''.
