One of the main targets is Indonesia, where the [[Celukan Bawang power station]] is being planned -- the first coal plant on the scenic island of Bali. There has been virtually no public information about this station. The following needs work:

* [[Bali and coal]] - Within Indonesia, Bali is a separate island with particular power needs. What is the power profile of the island; if [[Celukan Bawang power station]] were not built, what would be the alternatives, especially geothermal power (Bali is a volcanic island) and photovoltaics.
* Economics of the [[Celukan Bawang power station]], especially the outlook for [[Pacific Rim coal prices]].
