"Mr. Steve P. Lonsdale ,BA, FCA has been group finance director of Arriva PLC since 1991. Mr. Lonsdale served as Group Managing Director of finance of Arriva PLC since March 2005. and Treasury from 1991 to March 2005. Mr. Lonsdale joined the Group in 1987 and served as a Group Accountant of Arriva PLC until 1991. Mr. Lonsdale joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1978. He serves as Director of Arriva PLC. He graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a degree in Economics and Accounting. He is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and spent eight years working in the profession in the UK and overseas." [1]
