Yup. Problem with 67.107.168.71's edit was that s/he dropped these words, "Including participating in the coverup of the Mai Lai massacre", directly into the quotation from the government website, in effect putting those words into the government's mouth. Mutternich 12:37, 23 Apr 2004 (EDT)
