Comment re "First Six Months" .... has anyone anywhere at anytime mentioned "front organization"???

AI 9/7/03 13:37 (EDT) -- I removed the preamble to and the quote "Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event-like a new Pearl Harbor." This was being taken out of context. In the original document it was referring to the "military transformation" that flowed from the adoption of new technologies and PNAC's complaints about limited budgets. --Bob Burton 19:39, 22 Sep 2004 (EDT)
