If anyone knows about this LLC's business plans - in particular how they plan to use this to get federal subsdies, please contact me. J.A. Savage, editor, California Energy Circuit, editorial@californiaenergycircuit.net. For those of you outside California, it is illegal to build a nuclear power plant in this state until all federal high level radioactive waste issues are resolved. In other words, no chance.
