The site appears to be down, and I can't find any information about it being down.

The project was a response to the DARPA research project Total Information Awareness: When Congress stopped funding that project we ended ours as well. Ryan McKinley continues to work on a more robust new version from his research position at Squid Labs. Our research group has since produced two new political technologies: txtMob [1] and Freedom Flies [2].
