Hi Anne, do you help edit Sourcewatch? There's something not quite right on the report on the Hess case:

This says I "used a racial slur" during testimony, when the fact is I was simply describing how one can search the industry's use of such terms in the secret documents, and gave the N-word as one example. PM later tried to say I had inflamed the jury, and thereby got a mistrial. but the truth is that it is the industry, and not me, who has used such terms in an insulting manner. Thanks, Robert
