Confusing Imperial Tobacco Canada and Imperial Tobacco Group PLC

This articles makes a confusion between Imperial Tobacco Canada and Imperial Tobacco Group PLC. Although being homonyms, the two companies have nothing to do with each other - they are actually competitors. The former is a subsidiary of British American Tobacco (BAT). The latter, headquartered in Bristol, UK, is indeed the fourth largest tobacco multinational, in particular since its recent acquisitions of German company Reemtsma (2002) and Franco-Spanish multinational Altadis (2008). The article should be partly rewritten and reorganized to make the correction. The bit about Imperial Tobacco Canada should be moved to the BAT article.

No reference to ITC the Indian subsidiary from colonial times

This article makes no reference to the Indian subsidiary ITC from colonial times which has followed the mother company in its diversification and still sells the brands originally owned by Imperial Tobacco founders W. D. & H. O. Wills. ITC has the largest share in the Indian domestic cigarette market.

There is no clear information on how and when Imperial Tobacco divested its ownership of ITC in India and whether there remains any connect.
