According to the New York Times, Lisa Linowes is executive director of Industrial Wind Action Group, an international advocacy group based in New Hampshire that opposes wind farms.

This organization has a page listing presentations they have made, and how often they have been quoted in the media.

They present themselves as an environmental group but do nothing but oppose wind energy.

says only, "Industrial Wind Action was formed to counteract the misleading information promulgated by the wind energy industry and various environmental groups. Support for this effort comes from a large and diversified group of environmentalists, energy experts, and ordinary citizens."

No specific individuals or organizations are listed anywhere on the website.

My efforts to find who funds them have failed so far. I'll keep googling, but there are plenty of people here better at this than me!
