Yes, will look for reference, but much of the history comes from my confrontations with those peddling the magazine on a US campus. I witnessed the transformation of the magazine, and received many glossies thru the mailbox. I was also part of a campaign to get remove the magazine from campus and then to confront it when it became a weekly. PaulR
