• not sure of exact location of the proposed power station but the coordinates for Pirpainti are 25.324011,87.42764

• page 3 of this document has the location http://tenders.bih.nic.in/tenderdocs/Thermal-Project-Pirpainti-17-08-2011.pdf but it doesn't have any scale and the exact location is still hard to pick relative to the Google image
