I removed the link to a commercial site as I couldn't see its relevance to the article. I also deleted the claim that most ecotour operators couldn't afford the $250 fee. Assuming it is an annual fee I find it a bit of a stretch to see that most small businesses couldn't afford it. And it seems to me that the argument about charges for commercial companies using public lands is different from charges for the public. I also removed the link to a commercial website - not really appropriate generally or in the context of the article. --Bob Burton 18:24, 26 Jan 2006 (EST)
