it's extremely doubfut that Matthew J. Hogan was appointed to solve the "vexing conservative problem" of person getting in trouple with the Fish and Game.
I am willing to wager that the Hogan appointment, along with many of Bush's appointees, is tied to the money. Is Hogan a Bush Ranger? Who else did he lobby for. Is he a Texan? Who else supported his nomination?
Sourcewatch only stands to lose credibility serving questionable and uncited allegations like these.
