I don't think it's appropriate to put info about Harris Miller on an article about George Allen.

This being a wiki, though, it's easy enough to add a link (using double square brackets) from this Allen article, to start one on Harris Miller. I encourage you to do that and move the info you've added here to the new Miller page. You could/ should also link the new Miller article to the Information Technology Association Of America article.
