The 2 x 350 MW subcritical coal plant was commissioned in 2001. It is owned by Singapore United Energyv (49% of the shares), Wenergy Group, China Datang, and Hefei City Development and Investment Co.(3 domestic sponsors together own 51% of the shares).[2] [3]
