Tony Abbott is the leader of the Liberal Party in Australia. He is a known climate skeptic[1], and came close to becoming Australian Prime Minister under a coalition government in 2010. He has repeatedly said that the science around climate change was `absolute crap' [2] Abbott insists, contrary to the facts, that the world has cooled since 1997[3]
