William Happer is Eugene Higgens Professor of Physics and Cyrus Fogg Brackett Professor of Physics , Princeton University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the George C. Marshall Institute and is on the Academic Advisory Council of the Global Warming Policy Foundation[1]
From 1987 to 1990 he served as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the JASON Committee
He testified before the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee in February 2009[2]
