Leslie B. Graves, aka Leslie Graves Key, is the president of the Lucy Burns Institute, a Madison-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which sponsors three websites: Ballotpedia, which tracks elections and ballot measures at the state level; WikiFOIA, which provides information on how to use Freedom of information laws at the state and local level; and Judgepedia, which provides information on the nation's judges and court systems.

A former chair of the Wisconsin Libertarian Party (late 1970s and early 1980s) and a National Delegate for several years, she is married to Eric O'Keefe[2] of the Sam Adams Alliance.  She started Renewal Voter Outreach, a signature-gathering business hired by a campaign her husband was involved with.
