Chris Argent is the director of Philip Morris Corporate Affairs department in 2010. Argent is the mastermind behind a secret, third-party front group lobbying campaign to defeat a plain cigarette packaging law proposed in Australia in 2010, to take effect in 2010. The front group is called the Alliance of Australian Retailers.[1]
